While the primary focus of this role is talent acquisition, responsibilities will also encompass broader HR functions including Onboarding &
- Induction, Training &
- Development, and Employee Engagement.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for contractual positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Hiring Strategy: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their resource requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure timely and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and manage data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Induction:
Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration of new hires into the organization.
- Training &
- Development:
Assist in identifying skill gaps, organizing training sessions, and supporting development programs to foster employee growth.
- Employee Engagement: Plan, coordinate,
and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities to build a positive workplace culture and boost team morale.
- General HR Support: Support various other generalist HR functions and cross-departmental projects as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a broader HR Generalist role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A. / B.M.S.), Humanities, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline.
- HR Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, along with functional understanding of Onboarding &
- Induction, Employee Engagement initiatives, Learning &
- Development (L&D;), and Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software to manage candidate workflows, applicant data, and reporting.
