Job Overview

We are looking for a Housekeeping Executive to manage and supervise housekeeping operations at a high-end club in Mohali. The role will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and upkeep across the club premises, along with coordinating horticulture activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations across the club premises.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across club areas, lounges, corridors, washrooms, changing rooms, recreational areas, offices and common areas.
- Ensure cleaning schedules, SOPs and checklists are properly followed.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely rectification of housekeeping deficiencies.
- Manage housekeeping consumables, chemicals, equipment and inventory.
- Coordinate and supervise horticulture and landscaping activities, including lawns, gardens, plants and green areas.
- Ensure timely watering, pruning, trimming, fertilisation and general upkeep of landscaped areas.
- Coordinate with club management and other departments to address operational requirements and member/guest expectations.




- Ensure housekeeping activities are carried out with minimum disruption to club operations.
- Maintain records related to manpower, materials, cleaning schedules, inspections and operational activities.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, safety and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and operational SOPs.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management or a related field. IHM qualification will be preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in premium hotels, clubs, resorts or high-end facilities.
- Strong practical knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning chemicals, equipment and SOPs.
- Experience/exposure in horticulture and landscaping operations will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong eye for cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage housekeeping and horticulture teams in a professional, customer-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
