Position: Hotel Hostess

Department: Front Office / Food & Beverage

Reports to: Front Office Manager / Restaurant Manager

Location - Bhandup

Job Summary The Hotel Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating and reservations, providing information, and ensuring a warm and professional guest experience. The role requires excellent communication, grooming, customer-service skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists.
- Escort guests to tables or appropriate areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Coordinate with the restaurant, front office, housekeeping, and other departments as required.
- Maintain accurate reservation and guest records.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth seating operations.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.




- Assist with special events, VIP guests, and group bookings.
- Follow hotel policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer-service role preferred.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and confident.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer and reservation-system knowledge is preferred.

Salary: As per hotel standards and candidate experience. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
