- Develop concepts, mood boards, layouts, color palettes, and complete design direction
- Create memorable bedrooms, gathering spaces, game rooms, theaters, wellness areas, and outdoor experiences
- Source and select furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, décor, fixtures, and materials from online retailers
- Source creatively while balancing ??????, ??????????, ?????? & ???? ????
- Create detailed shopping lists with product links, pricing, quantities, dimensions, and alternatives when needed
- Create clear layouts, specifications,



and visual instructions so our on-site teams and contractors can accurately execute your vision
- Collaborate remotely with our construction and operations teams throughout implementation
- Review property photos and videos to provide feedback on installation, placement, styling, and final details
- Help take spaces from ??????? → ??????????? → ????????? → ????? ???????—all remotely
- Help develop a recognizable ?????? ??????? design language as we grow

- Have exceptional visual instincts and genuinely love design
- Find inspiration in hotels, restaurants, vacation rentals, architecture, and memorable spaces
- Can turn inspiration into something original—not simply copy Pinterest
- Understand color, scale, texture, lighting, and spatial composition
- Know how to make a space ???? ????????? without always spending expensively
- Are comfortable designing remotely from floor plans, measurements, photos, and videos
- Are resourceful with online sourcing and can balance ??????, ??????, ?????????? & ????????????
- Communicate your designs clearly enough for remote teams and contractors to execute them
- Move quickly, take ownership, solve problems, and welcome feedback
- Understand that hospitality design must be ????????? + ??????? + ?????????? + ?????????
