Role Description The Hiring RPA UiPath Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Gulbarga. The trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs on UiPath RPA for corporate participants and trainees, including practical labs, real-world use cases, and project-based assignments. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, updating course content to reflect current UiPath features and best practices, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners.

The role also involves collaborating with the CertED Technologies team to tailor training solutions to client needs,



supporting fresher and lateral hiring initiatives by evaluating technical capability, and documenting training outcomes and progress. The trainer is expected to maintain a professional learning setting, adhere to organizational standards, and occasionally participate in curriculum enhancement and training-related consulting activities.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in UiPath RPA development, including workflow design, orchestration, and deployment; prior experience as an RPA developer or trainer is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting concepts commonly used in RPA (such as .NET/C#, VB, or Python) and solid understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate or technical training, with skills in instructional design, classroom facilitation, and learner assessment.
- Ability to create clear training content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, documentation, and project case studies.
- Familiarity with related technology stacks such as full stack development, data processing, or cloud platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple batches, schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
