Working Days : Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday Off)

Fresher : Up to 7 LPA

Experience : Up to 11 LPA

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused professionals to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Associate/Senior Business Development Associate, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable learning solutions, and drive revenue through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Counsel and guide prospects throughout the decision-making process.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 0-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, EdTech, or Customer-Facing roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with EdTech sales experience will be preferred.
