We are hiring candidates for multiple International Customer Support opportunities in Hyderabad.

1. International Voice Process

Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates

Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support Voice preferred

Maximum CTC: 5.25 LPA

Work Schedule: 5 days working + 2 rotational week-offs

Shift: Rotational night shifts

Cab: One-way cab facility provided

Location: Hyderabad

2. International Semi-Voice Process Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates

Experience Requirement:



Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice / Non-Voice / Semi-Voice preferred

Salary

Freshers: 25,000 take-home

Exp: Up to 5 LPA

3. International Customer Service Non-Voice

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any International Voice / Non-Voice process

Maximum CTC: 5 LPA

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
- Valuable customer-handling skills
- Candidates with relevant international process experience will be preferred
- Immediate joiners
