Dear Applicants, /n Greetings from Hindustan platinum. /n We are looking for an experienced Family Office Accounts to handle end-to-end financial operations, investments, taxation, compliance, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders for a family office setup. The role requires robust exposure to Indian taxation, investment monitoring, and high standards of confidentiality and governance. /n Key Responsibilities : /n /n

- Liaison with banks, NBFCs, stock brokers, PMS/AIF managers, wealth advisors, custodians, and insurance companies

/n

- Coordinate account openings, KYC, investment execution, redemptions, and documentation

/n

- Track corporate actions, dividends, interest income, and maturity proceeds

/n

- Monitor and track performance across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, bonds, real estate, and alternatives

/n

- Reconcile broker statements, CAS, bank accounts, and custodian reports

/n

- Manage income tax filings for individuals.

/n

- Ensure timely payment of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and statutory dues

/n

- Handle TDS compliance including deductions, returns,



and Form 16 / 16A

/n

- Manage GST compliance where applicable

/n

- Manage banking operations, fund flows, cash flow planning, and payments

/n

- Maintain financial records, investment registers, and audit-ready documentation

/n

- Ensure strict confidentiality and support governance and compliance requirements
