Key Responsibilities

- Processing Flown/Sales, resolving exceptions, preparing billing data and invoices , entering reference data,
- Preparing MIS reports in accordance with customer instructions in order to ensure that quality work outputs are delivered efficiently and consistently in accordance with performance standards.
- Responsible for quality checks on billing files & MIS reports, trigger export billings CASS/ Non CASS and Export Sales, loading billing files in CASS/SIS, perform accounting, raising invoices to customers, communicating with customers, raising manual credit/debit notes in system, perform accounting reconciliations as per the instructions for customer ensuring delivery of quality work outputs in an efficient and consistent manner in line with meeting the performance standards

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in airline revenue accounting / Sales flown, CASS and NON CASS




- Good understanding of interline billing procedures , IATA rules, SPAs, proration concepts.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (data manipulation, reconciliations)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Positive communication skills (verbal + written) for correspondence with airlines, internal stakeholders
- Ability to work under deadlines / manage multiple tasks
