We are looking for an Assistant Manager Workforce Management with robust expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Workforce Analytics, and Resource Planning. The role will be responsible for optimizing staffing, improving workforce utilization, and supporting business objectives and service-level commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop short-, mid-, and long-term workforce forecasts and capacity plans.
- Analyze workload, productivity, business trends, and staffing requirements.
- Calculate FTE requirements and identify staffing gaps.
- Recommend hiring, cross-skilling, overtime, and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct scenario planning and workforce optimization.
- Develop workforce dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Capacity Utilization, Productivity, Occupancy, and Hiring Forecast Accuracy.
- Partner with Operations, Recruitment, HR, Training, and Finance teams.




- Present workforce insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and workforce planning initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Workforce Analytics, Resource Planning, and Staffing Models.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in Healthcare Operations / RCM / BFSI.
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Experience in workforce scheduling and real-time management.
