Looking for a client-facing Adobe CJA Technical Consultant with strong experience in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and digital analytics implementation .
Mandatory Skills:
- Adobe CJA – Connections, Data Views & implementation
- AEP – Core concepts, Schemas & Datasets
- Adobe Analytics Source Connectors & Analytics-to-CJA migration
- WebSDK / MobileSDK
- Strong JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX & Web Services/APIs
- Adobe Launch / Tag Management
- HTML & Web protocols
- Robust client-facing communication & presentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support CJA implementation projects
- Validate data, troubleshoot implementation issues & identify gaps
- Gather business/technical requirements and KPIs
- Advise clients and implementation partners on best practices
- Collaborate with Adobe teams and customer stakeholders
