Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SDS Quality Analysts (QA) responsible for auditing and reviewing Same Day Surgery (SDS) medical records to ensure accurate coding, compliance with coding guidelines, and adherence to client-specific requirements. Skillset Requirements 5+ years of experience in SDS Coding/QA

CPC / CCS / COC certification (Mandatory) Robust knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, surgical coding guidelines, and compliance standards Familiarity with coding tools and EMR systems Excellent analytical, auditing, and communication skills Should have experience in auditing/coding multi-specialty surgical cases such as Integumentary, Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology (GI), Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, OB/GYN, Urology, and Ophthalmology Ability to provide coding feedback and maintain high coding accuracy.
