– HSSE Executive

Location:- Sakinaka, Mumbai

Job Purpose To ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) standards across transport, warehousing, cargo handling, and project operations by implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and supporting client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct safety awareness programs, training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.

- Carry out inspections of warehouses, offices, vehicles, lifting equipment, and project sites.

- Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for current projects and monitor safe work practices.

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; submit reports and corrective actions.

- Manage PPE issuance, inspections, medical check-ups, and safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and first aid boxes.





- Maintain QHSSE policies, procedures, training records, audit reports, and compliance documentation.

- Support client audits, ISO certification audits, and tender documentation.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HSSE reports and safety statistics.

- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with client and company safety standards.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.

- Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.

Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HSSE/QHSSE, preferably in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or project operations.

Skills
- Knowledge of HIRA, incident investigation, safety audits, and ISO standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
