: Production Head – Injection Moulding (PET Preforms)

Location - Kolkata / Assam

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Head with solid hands-on expertise in PET preform injection moulding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading production operations, ensuring optimum machine utilization, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete production operations of PET preform injection moulding.( Mandatory)

Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Optimize machine productivity, cycle time, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Monitor and reduce production losses, rejection rates, and material wastage.





Ensure consistent production quality as per customer specifications.

Plan manpower deployment and supervise production teams across shifts.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Tool Room, Planning, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.

Monitor machine performance and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Troubleshoot production and process issues with a hands-on approach.

Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Maintain production reports, KPIs, and MIS.

Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S), GMP, and company policies.

Train, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operators
