: Head of Operations /n Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan /n Industry: Catering, Banquets, Hospitality, Events /n Position Summary /n We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and oversee end-to-end operations for our catering and banquet business in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership from the hotel, hospitality, catering, or events industry, with a deep understanding of the Jaipur and Rajasthan market, customer preferences, vendor networks, and local business practices. /n The role requires ensuring seamless execution of events, driving operational excellence, managing large teams, maintaining service quality standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving business and profitability goals. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage overall catering, banquet, and event operations across multiple venues and locations.

/n

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

/n

- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring flawless delivery of weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and large-scale functions.

/n

- Manage cross-functional teams including operations,



banquet staff, kitchen coordination, logistics, and vendor partners.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotels, wedding planners, corporates, and local stakeholders.

- Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, inventory, and cost controls.

- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and statutory regulations.

- Drive employee engagement, training, performance management, and succession planning.

/n /n Required Qualifications & Experience /n /n

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 10-15+ years of operational leadership experience in catering, banquets, luxury hotels, hospitality, or event management.

/n

- Proven experience handling high-volume banquet and catering operations.

/n

- Robust understanding of Jaipur and Rajasthan's wedding, hospitality, and events market.

/n

- Established network within hotels, venues, vendors, and event management ecosystems in the region.

/n

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and financial acumen.
