Global Campus Alliance (GCA) is building a global mobility business across international education and travel. We are looking for a highly driven Head of Business to take ownership of our sales, team performance, business development and profitability.

This is not a conventional managerial role.

We are looking for someone who can build the sales engine, lead the team, drive revenue and think like a business owner.

What You'll Own

- Lead and manage our Education & Travel sales operations.
- Manage and develop our telecalling/sales team.
- Set sales targets and drive monthly revenue performance.
- Build and improve lead-to-conversion processes.
- Train, coach and monitor sales team performance.
- Manage CRM, pipeline, follow-ups and reporting.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities.
- Improve customer acquisition, conversion and profitability.
- Work directly with the Directors on business strategy and growth.
- Build scalable sales and operating systems as GCA expands.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in sales, business development, operations or team management.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management and conversion.




- Ability to lead, train and motivate a sales team.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in education, travel, tourism, international recruitment or consulting is an advantage.
