Our client is a listed organisation within the agriculture sector, and is part of a well known conglomerate.

Description Business Partnering & Commercial Finance

- Partner with Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, and Business Heads to support business decisions and profitable growth.
- Evaluate commercial viability of orders, tenders, customer contracts, and project opportunities.
- Drive customer profitability analysis, margin enhancement, and commercial decision support.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial and business analysis.

Working Capital & Revenue Assurance
- Own collections performance, receivables management, DSO reduction, and cash conversion.
- Drive customer outstanding reviews and collection governance across regions.
- Lead revenue assurance initiatives and ensure robust commercial controls.
- Monitor commercial compliance and adherence to approved pricing and contract terms.

Regional & Project Finance Leadership
- Lead Regional Finance and Project Finance teams across multiple geographies.
- Drive standardisation of processes,



performance reporting, and financial discipline.
- Work closely with business teams to improve forecast quality and operational performance.

Performance Management
- Support monthly business reviews, forecasting processes, and target tracking.
- Partner with FP&A; to drive actionable business insights and performance improvement initiatives.

Profile
- 12-18 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, Sales Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Products, Auto Components, EPC, or Capital Goods experience preferred.
- Experience supporting businesses with annual turnover ranging from ₹500 Crore to ₹1,000+ Crore.
- Solid exposure to working capital, collections, profitability management, and commercial decision support.
