Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead the Business Analysis function and establish best practices, standards, templates, and governance.
- Own business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, prioritization, and validation across projects.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, product teams, technology teams, and delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution-definition sessions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, digital transformation, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business problems into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
- Establish KPIs and analytical frameworks to evaluate business performance and measure project outcomes.
- Support product roadmap, business case development, feasibility analysis, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Mentor and guide Business Analysts and contribute to capability development within the BA team.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering/technology teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and potential gaps and proactively drive their resolution.
- Support UAT planning, test scenarios, defect triage, solution validation, and business sign-off.
- Present recommendations, insights, process improvements, and solution options to senior management.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business value and remain aligned with strategic objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile :





- 8 - 10 years of overall experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or a closely related function.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end business analysis for complex projects or products.
- Prior experience in a Lead Business Analyst, Principal Business Analyst, BA Manager, or Head of Business Analysis capacity is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
- Excellent understanding of requirements engineering, process modelling, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Solid documentation skills, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-outcome-oriented mindset.
- Experience working closely with technology, product, engineering, QA, and project-management teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio/Lucidchart, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
- Good understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret business metrics and translate insights into recommendations.
- Experience in digital transformation, automation, ERP/CRM, fintech, banking, e-commerce, logistics, healthcare, or other enterprise environments would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, even if the role does not initially involve a large direct-reporting team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- UAE/GCC project or client experience would be highly desirable for a UAE-facing remote position.
