Job Overview: -

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), integrations, and proven development skills in ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

Skill Set: ServiceNow Development, ITSM, JavaScript, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs).

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.

Required Skills & Experience: -

- 7+ Years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITSM modules and knowledge on Security Operations (SecOps) suite or platform is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge of ServiceNow Development including: Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs).
- Integration Experience:



Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Exposure to Integration Hub is preferable.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and having knowledge on SecOps domain would be highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Work Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Noida.
- Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid Model.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and customize core ITSM applications, including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB.
- To establish (develop) and maintain integrations.
- Develop and customize the environment involving Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Client Scripts .
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow applications.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
