- Deliver a seamless and elevated resident experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

- Handle resident queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
/n /n Property Oversight /n /n
- Ensure the property consistently meets high standards of cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain service quality and resident satisfaction.
/n /n Revenue & Occupancy Focus /n /n
- Support occupancy growth through retention, relationship management, and upselling initiatives.
/n
- Contribute to revenue targets through resident engagement and service excellence.
/n /n Financial Accountability /n /n
- Monitor cost efficiency and support profitability goals at the property level.
/n /n Team Collaboration /n /n
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
/n /n Compliance & Standards /n /n
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

/n /n Mandatory Eligibility Criteria /n Educational Qualification: /n /n
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management (IHM graduates preferred)
/n /n Experience: /n /n
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a five-star hotel
/n
- Exposure to guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality service roles
