We work with local communities, storytellers, hosts, and small businesses to help travellers experience the real Goa.

What You'll Do

Interact with hotel guests at concierge counters and other guest touchpoints.

Start conversations and understand guest interests.

Recommend experiences such as cultural walks, food trails, village experiences, and more.

Convert guest interactions into bookings.

Identify upselling opportunities.

Work closely with hotel concierge and front office teams.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth bookings and guest experiences.

Track daily sales, bookings, and guest interactions.

Handle guest queries and concerns.

Keep promotional materials updated and presentable.

Who We're Looking For

Freshers are welcome.

1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism, retail, or sales is a plus.

Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to new people.

Proactive with a strong service mindset.

Interested in travel, tourism, hospitality, culture, or storytelling.

Comfortable working towards sales and booking targets.

Valuable communication skills in English.

Hindi, Konkani, or other language skills are a bonus.

Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
