Hiring Senior Zuora Analyst – CPQ & Revenue for a Reputed/MNC company located at Chandigarh.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior Zuora Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Zuora CPQ and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) to drive and support enterprise-scale Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Management processes.

The role will be responsible for optimizing quoting, subscription billing, revenue recognition, and system integrations across the end-to-end subscription lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Sales, IT, and Business stakeholders to improve process efficiency,

ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance with ASC 606 and applicable accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Configure and manage Zuora CPQ for product catalog, pricing, quoting, amendments, renewals, and subscription management.

● Configure, maintain, and support Zuora Revenue (RevPro) for automated revenue recognition and revenue accounting.

● Design and support seamless CPQ → Zuora Billing → RevPro workflows across the Quote-to-Revenue lifecycle.

● Partner with Finance, Sales, IT, and Business teams to optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and resolve functional/system challenges.

● Manage revenue schedules, recognition rules, reporting, reconciliations, and exception handling.

● Analyze and troubleshoot billing, revenue, integration, and data-related issues, driving root-cause resolution.

● Support integrations between Zuora, Salesforce, ERP platforms, and other enterprise applications.

● Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, release management, and platform upgrades.





● Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

● Identify opportunities to improve automation, controls, scalability, and overall platform performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-

● Strong hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Revenue (RevPro).

● Solid understanding of subscription billing, quoting, revenue management, and Quote-to-Cash processes.

● Strong knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles.

● Experience with Zuora integrations involving Salesforce, ERP, CRM, and financia systems.

● Experience with revenue reporting, reconciliation, audit support, and exception management.

● Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

● Experience working with cross-functional teams across Finance, Sales, IT, and Business Operations.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred ● Experience supporting enterprise-scale Zuora implementations or production environments.

● Exposure to Zuora Billing, APIs, data migration, integration platforms, and automation.

● Experience with Zuora releases, upgrades, testing, and production support.

● Understanding of subscription-based business models and SaaS revenue operations.
