About the Role :
We are building a large library of story-driven AI courses, delivered module by module. Each module is built around narrative challenges, hands-on tools, and interactive scenarios. We are looking for a designer who can turn that content into short, engaging videos and polished learning materials.
You will transform course concepts into videos people want to watch — illustrated explainers, animated sequences, graphic-led stories, and mixed formats — while also creating the presentations, PDFs, and design assets that support each course.
Responsibilities
- Turn story-based course modules into short videos across multiple styles (illustration, motion graphics, animation).
- Adapt your visual approach to match different module themes, tones, and learning goals.
- Design supporting materials: presentation decks (PPTs), PDFs, worksheets, and other learning assets.
- Create motion graphics, animated GIFs, and micro-animations to bring concepts to life.
- Design clean, intuitive layouts with strong attention to user interface and learner experience.
- Collaborate with instructional and content teams to translate scripts and storyboards into finished visuals.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across an expanding course catalog.
Requirements :
- Proven work experience in an EdTech environment or with educational / learning content.
- A strong portfolio showing range across motion design, animation, illustration, and graphic design.
- Excellent UI and design sensibility — layout, hierarchy, typography, and how design affects comprehension.
- Versatility to switch between video styles based on the brief.
- Ability to take a story or script and independently shape it into a visual narrative.
- Strong self-management and the ability to handle multiple modules and deadlines.
Tools & Skills :
- Required tools: Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma.
- Required skills: Motion Graphic Design, Frame-by-frame animation.
- AI tools (expected): AI video (Runway, Luma, Pika), AI image generation ( Midjourney, Adobe Firefly), and AI presentation tools (Gamma, Canva).
- Nice to have: Course tools such as Synthesia or Colossyan, and SCORM authoring tools like iSpring.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a solid portfolio.
