About the Role

We're looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team in our Kochi office.

We are looking for someone who can do more than create eye-catching graphics. You should be comfortable creating content for social media, websites, digital advertising, branding, and video, while also knowing how to use modern AI-powered creative tools to work faster and produce better results.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design professional graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Create Instagram/Facebook posts, reels, stories, YouTube graphics, thumbnails, and other digital content
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and client campaigns
- Add transitions, captions, graphics, music, effects, and other elements to videos
- Create branding materials and maintain consistency across client brands
- Work with our SEO, social media, content, web development, and advertising teams
- Turn marketing concepts into visually engaging creative content
- Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms
- Use AI tools for image creation, video production, editing, ideation, and creative development
- Explore current AI design and video tools as technology continues to evolve
- Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong experience with video editing
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, color, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing content specifically for social media and digital marketing
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar platforms
- Experience using AI creative tools for design, image generation, video,



or content creation
- Ability to take a concept or brief and develop creative ideas independently
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects

AI Experience Is Important We are actively integrating AI into our creative and digital marketing workflow.

Candidates should be comfortable using or learning tools such as:

ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, HeyGen, AI image/video generators, and other emerging creative AI platforms.

You do not need to know every tool, but you should be someone who is interested in AI, experiments with new technology, and understands how AI can improve the creative process.

- Social media designs
- Branding or marketing creatives
- Video editing examples
- Reels or short-form video
- Digital advertising creatives
- Any AI-assisted creative work, if available

Work Location This is an on-site position at our Kochi, Kerala office.
