About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, colors, typography, and visual style.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual assets as required.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions as required.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory,



composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
