ANKURAM IVF is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and result-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills along with a good understanding of social media, digital advertising, branding, and healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design professional creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, stories, reels covers, ad creatives, banners, brochures, standees, hoardings and other promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent branding across all ANKURAM IVF marketing materials.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content.
- Assist in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital marketing campaigns .
- Develop creative concepts for lead-generation and brand-awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors, marketing executives and management for campaign requirements.
- Create patient education, fertility awareness and healthcare-related content in an easy-to-understand and professional format.
- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Support website, landing page and online promotional activities.
- Research current digital marketing, healthcare advertising and design trends.
- Ensure creatives are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- CorelDRAW or similar design software
- Basic to advanced video editing




- Social Media Marketing
- Meta Ads Manager
- Content Creation
- Branding & Visual Communication
- Valuable understanding of typography, layouts and colour combinations
- Ability to create professional and conversion-focused advertising creatives
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, IVF or medical marketing will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar video-editing tools.
- Understanding of Google Ads, SEO and lead-generation campaigns.
- Ability to use AI-based creative and marketing tools effectively.
