Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive who can manage both visual communication and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, a good understanding of digital marketing platforms, and the ability to create engaging content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Develop visually appealing creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
- Design graphics for digital campaigns, website content, email marketing, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Edit images, videos, and short-form content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative formats.

Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and grow company social media profiles such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO activities.
- Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.
- Track website traffic, engagement, leads, conversions,



and other key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with content writers, sales teams, and other departments for marketing campaigns.
- Research competitors, market trends, audience preferences, and new digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, branding, and visual communication.
- Ability to create reels, short videos, and social media creatives is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance and marketing data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with a solid portfolio and knowledge of graphic design and digital marketing may also be considered.
