Role Description This is a full-time, in office Google Ads Expert role based in Delhi, India.

The Google Ads

Expert will plan, create, and manage paid search and display campaigns across Google Ads, focusing on lead generation and conversions for Travelojo’s travel services. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, campaign setup, bid and budget management, audience targeting, and ongoing performance optimization. The role involves monitoring analytics, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and promotions.





The Google Ads

Expert will also test new strategies, ensure adherence to platform policies, and stay updated on best practices in paid advertising for the travel sector.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and other relevant ad platforms.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive ad copy and landing page briefs tailored to different customer segments and travel offerings.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with promotions, packages, and overall brand strategy.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret campaign data for actionable insights.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; relevant certifications in Google Ads are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage, along with familiarity with domestic and international travel services.
