About the Role: /n We are looking for a Global Senior Accountant to support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the company’s financial operations and SAGE ERP . This role will focus on month-end close, accounting integration, ERP migration, and multi-entity/multi-currency accounting. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and revenue finalization.

/n

- Support accounting integration of acquired entities, including chart of accounts and accounting policies.

/n

- Lead/support financial data migration into SAGE and resolve reconciliation or mapping issues.

/n

- Handle multi-currency, intercompany accounting, FX revaluation, and consolidations.

/n

- Support group and statutory audits, VAT/indirect-tax compliance, and treasury activities.

/n

- Review employee expenses and support FP&A; with forecasting and variance analysis.

/n

- Improve accounting processes, controls, SOPs, and automation.

/n /n /n Requirements: /n /n

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.

/n

- 5–10 years of accounting experience , preferably in multinational/corporate environments.

/n

- Experience with M&A; integration and/or ERP migration .

/n

- Strong experience in multi-entity and multi-currency accounting.

/n





- SAGE Intacct experience strongly preferred.

/n

- Knowledge of consolidations, intercompany accounting, FX, revenue recognition, audits, and VAT.

/n

- Advanced Excel and strong reconciliation/data-validation skills.

/n

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines across time zones.

- Acquisition accounting integration experience.

- Professional services or project-based accounting experience.

/n

- Experience in a fast-growing or PE/VC-backed organization.
