Srikara Hospitals is looking for a qualified and experienced General Surgeon to join our medical team. /n Position /n General Surgeon / Consultant General Surgeon /n Qualification /n /n

- MBBS with MS/DNB – General Surgery

/n

- Valid Medical Council registration

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 2–5 years of relevant surgical experience preferred

/n

- Candidates with robust operative and patient-management skills will be preferred

/n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Evaluate and manage patients requiring surgical intervention.

/n

- Perform elective and emergency general surgical procedures.

/n

- Conduct pre-operative assessment and post-operative management.

/n

- Attend OP, IP and emergency surgical cases.

/n

- Perform regular patient rounds and monitor recovery.

/n

- Coordinate with Anesthesia, ICU, Nursing, Radiology and other clinical departments.

/n

- Maintain accurate surgical records, operative notes and discharge documentation.

/n

- Ensure adherence to OT protocols,



infection-control standards and patient-safety guidelines.

/n

- Provide appropriate counselling to patients and attendants regarding surgical procedures and follow-up care.

/n

- Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings and quality-improvement activities.
