We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the complete operations and management of a leading hotel in Kota. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent hospitality knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hotel and maintain high service standards.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff to achieve operational and service targets.
- Handle guest relations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, budgets, and overall profitability.
- Develop strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and business performance.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure effective communication between departments.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, safety,



and hospitality standards across the property.
- Handle staff recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and manpower planning.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, inventory, and cost control.
- Resolve guest complaints and operational issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Build a positive work culture and maintain discipline within the organization.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager / General Manager in a reputed hotel.
- Solid knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management.
- Excellent leadership, team-handling, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and lead a large team.
- Candidates with Kota/local experience or local candidates will be preferred.
