General Manager – Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a motivated and energetic General Manager – Sales & Marketing to support the growth and commercial operations of our hospitality business in Manali and Mussoorie.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with guests, clients, travel partners, and business associates.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and revenue generation for the hospitality property.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Manage corporate, travel agency, OTA, and other business accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve guest experience and increase bookings.
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and business proposals.
- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the hospitality industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Work towards achieving occupancy, revenue, and business development targets.
- Represent the property professionally at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or hospitality.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in the hospitality industry may also be considered.
- Candidates with hotel, resort, travel, tourism, or hospitality-related experience will be preferred.
