About usPaleskies is an AI-native creative agency. We build AI-generated content for brands and run full-funnel digital marketing (web, paid ads, SEO, GEO, lead gen).

We are a lean, contractor-driven team. No corporate layers. You will work directly with the founders on real client work and internal builds.

What you'll actually doThis is not a fetch-coffee internship. Depending on your strengths, you'll work across one or more of these:

- Build and maintain n8n automations (content pipelines, lead enrichment, client onboarding)
- Build LangChain/LangGraph agents for internal tools and client-facing GenAI features
- Support backend/dashboard work (Supabase/Postgres, multi-tenant systems)
- Help build and ship client-facing decks, case studies, and pitch material
- Research AI tools and models, and turn findings into usable internal docs
- Work with Claude Code on real build tasks (access provided, you don't need your own subscription)

You'll get real ownership quick. If you're good, your work ships to actual clients within weeks, not months. Who we wantNo degree requirement. We don't care where you studied or if you're still studying. We care about two things: what you've built, and how fast you learn.

You're a fit if:

- You've shipped real projects, personal, freelance, or otherwise, not just tutorials or course certificates
- You can point to code, workflows, or systems you built and explain the decisions behind them
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. We won't hand you a fully-scoped ticket every time
- You upskill on your own. If you don't know a tool,



you learn it instead of waiting to be taught
- You hustle. Deadlines are real, clients are real, and slow work costs us business

Required skills:

- n8n (built real workflows, not just followed a template video)
- LangChain and/or LangGraph (built an agent or chain that actually does something, even a small one)
- Comfortable working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) and prompt/context design
- Python and Node.js (enough to build and debug automations and agent logic)
- Claude Code, or willing to pick it up fast (we provide access)

Nice to have (not required, but tell us if you have it):

- Vector DBs / RAG pipeline experience
- SQL and basic data work (Power BI/Tableau counts)
- Design or copywriting sense, if you lean creative over technical

Compensation and terms

- Paid monthly stipend (amount confirmed on offer, based on skill level and scope)
- 3-month term, extendable to 6 months based on performance and mutual fit
- Fully remote, async-friendly but expect overlap with IST working hours
- Direct mentorship from founders, not a structured "intern program"
