Job Title: Fullstack Developer We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of full stack applications across both front-end and backend layers. The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of developers, collaborate with product owners and design teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of full stack applications across front-end and backend layers.
- Manage, mentor, and technically guide a team of full stack developers, conducting code reviews and setting engineering standards.
- Own UI/UX decisions in collaboration with design teams, ensuring consistent, accessible, and performant interfaces.
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and .NET Core.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI capabilities within applications by integrating LLM-based features, prompt workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and sprint plans.
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability across the stack through best practices and CI/CD discipline.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across front-end, backend, and integration layers.
- Provide technical estimates, effort planning, and delivery timelines to leadership.

Essential Skills

- 10–12 years of overall full stack development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or team lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on expertise in React, including component architecture and state management.
- Proficiency with TypeScript for building type-safe,



maintainable front-end and backend code.
- Experience with a UI Design System & Component Library for building enterprise UI.
- Solid working knowledge of Angular for hybrid or legacy front-end ecosystems.
- Proficiency with MUI (Material UI) for design-system-driven front-end development.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to review designs, propose improvements, and ensure usability best practices.
- Strong backend engineering skills in Python (APIs, services, data processing).
- Hands-on experience with .NET Core for backend/API development.
- Deep understanding of backend fundamentals such as REST API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), authentication, caching, and performance tuning.
- Practical experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers, with robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with Spring Boot for backend microservices development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tooling.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting delivery environment.




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
