BestlaTech is looking for a Full Stack AI Developer who can build complete, scalable applications while working on the latest AI and agentic technologies.

This role is for someone who is strong in both F ull Stack Development and AI development . You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, understanding requirements, making technical decisions, and building solutions with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain end-to-end web applications and AI-powered products.
- Develop scalable backend systems using Python/Django or Node.js .
- Build responsive and high-performing frontends using React.js or Vue.js .
- Design and develop AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-powered applications .
- Work with LLMs, RAG, tool calling, AI APIs, vector databases, and model integrations .
- Integrate AI capabilities into real-world, production-ready products.
- Design and develop APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Work with databases, authentication, caching, background jobs, and other core application components.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, from idea to deployment.
- Write clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code.
- Solve technical challenges independently and make practical decisions when requirements are not fully defined.
- Collaborate with the team to turn ideas and business requirements into working products.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.




- Strong backend experience with Python/Django or Node.js .
- Strong frontend experience with React.js or Vue.js .
- Hands-on experience in building AI applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows .
- Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, tool/function calling, and AI integrations .
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools .
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB .
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and modern application architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows .
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait for detailed instructions for every step.

Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-agent systems.
- Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Kubernetes or scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building and deploying AI products from scratch.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
