We are building scalable digital products that combine marketplace technology, booking systems, payments, authentication, notifications and service-provider management.

# Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly hands-on Full Stack Developer with approximately 5 years of experience to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working across the complete software development lifecycle—from understanding business requirements and designing solutions to developing frontend and backend systems, integrating third-party APIs, deploying applications and resolving production issues.

This role will work on both Atmann and Your Pandit Ji, helping us build, maintain and scale our web and mobile application ecosystem.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of features and solving problems independently.

# Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Application Development

* Develop and maintain scalable web applications.

- Build responsive and high-quality frontend interfaces.
- Develop backend APIs and business logic.
- Design and manage databases.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Work on complete features from requirement to production deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable and scalable code.
- Improve application performance, reliability and security.

2. Frontend Development

The candidate should have strong experience in modern frontend development.

Key responsibilities include

- Build responsive web applications.
- Develop reusable UI components.
- Ensure compatibility across desktop and mobile devices.
- Improve UI/UX implementation and performance.
- Handle application state management.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Debug and resolve frontend issues.

3. Backend Development

Responsibilities include:
- Develop scalable backend services.
- Build secure REST APIs.

- Implement error handling and logging.
- Improve backend performance and reliability.

4. Database Management

* Design and maintain database structures.

5. Third-Party API Integration

The developer will work with multiple external services and APIs.

6. Marketplace & Booking Platform Development

The developer will work on features such as:

- User registration and authentication
- Service provider onboarding
- Healer/Pandit profiles
- Search and discovery
- Availability management
- Session/service creation
- Booking systems
- Rescheduling
- Cancellation
- Payment processing
- Platform commissions
- Payout workflows
- Notifications
- Reviews and ratings
- Admin dashboards

7. Cloud & Deployment

The candidate should have practical experience with application deployment and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities may include

- Deploy applications to AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Configure staging and production environments.
- Manage environment variables and secrets.
- Configure domains and SSL.
- Support CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor deployed applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage application releases and rollbacks.

8. Mobile Application Support

Our applications may also be deployed as mobile applications using web technologies. The developer should be comfortable with:
- Responsive mobile development.
- React-based applications.
- Capacitor or similar technologies.
- Android application testing.
- Handling mobile-specific UI issues.
- Testing payment redirects and return flows.
- Supporting mobile builds and releases.

Experience with React Native or Flutter will be an added advantage.

9. Testing & Quality

* Perform unit and functional testing.

- Participate in end-to-end testing.
- Debug issues reported by QA and operations teams.
- Review bug reports with screenshots and reproduction steps.
- Fix production issues.
- Perform regression testing after fixes.
- Ensure critical user journeys remain stable.

Critical journeys may include

Login → OTP → Browse → Booking → Payment → Confirmation → Notification

10. Security & Performance

* Follow secure coding practices.

- Protect APIs and sensitive data.
- Implement proper authentication and authorization.
- Handle environment variables securely.
- Improve application loading performance.
- Identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Ensure appropriate validation and error handling.
