- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Attend to guest queries, requests, and concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle front desk calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing and payments as required.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints politely and professionally.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures and maintain proper documentation.

- Ability to handle guests professionally, even during busy periods.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Positive command of English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in hotel front office/reception will be preferred.
