Air & Sea division with expansion into India, UAE, and China. /n /n Job Location - Gurgaon/Noida /n /n with strong experience in Ocean and Air Freight (Import & Export), particularly in FCL and Free-Hand business development. The role is an individual contributor position responsible for acquiring new customers, generating revenue, and achieving business targets. /n Candidates with experience predominantly in nomination business will not be suitable for this role. /n /n Business Development/Revenue Generation/Commercial & Market Intelligence /n /n Preferred Candidate Profile /n /n

- Experience in Freight Forwarding Sales – Ocean/Air (Import & Export).

- Strong exposure to FCL and Free-Hand business development.

- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation.

- Strong customer network in the respective geography.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
