About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and AI-friendly Social Media Video Editor who can create engaging, scroll-stopping content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos, Reels, Shorts, and other social media content.
- Create engaging edits with strong hooks, fast pacing, captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Use AI tools to speed up and improve the video editing and content creation process.
- Experiment with AI-powered tools for video generation, subtitles, voiceovers, background removal, image generation, B-roll, effects, and content enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, editing techniques, social media trends, and viral formats.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
- Adapt content for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
- Work with the content/social media team to understand creative requirements and brand guidelines.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.

Requirements





- 1+ years of experience in social media video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video and content creation tools.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and short-form content.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to create videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new tools.
- Ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
- Basic color grading and sound design.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Experience creating viral/trending content.
