We represent elite property developers and market some of the most exclusive, high-net-worth real estate in the country, dealing exclusively in properties valued upwards of ₹20 CR to ₹30+ CR. We are looking for a visionary Freelance Content Creator who understands the nuance, aesthetics, and visual storytelling required to market elite real estate through both energetic video and compelling static imagery.

The Role We are seeking an experienced Freelance Content Creator to partner with us on high-end property campaigns. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing both cinematic property tours (video) and premium architectural photography (static). You must know how to make a ₹30 CR home look and feel like a masterpiece across all visual mediums, delivering assets on a project-by-project basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Production: Direct, shoot, and edit cinematic property tours, as well as capture and retouch high-end architectural and interior photography.
- Multi-Format Delivery: Create bespoke video content (Reels, long-form walkthroughs) and static assets (carousel images, high-res photos for brochures, and investor decks).
- Visual Storytelling: Highlight premium amenities,



bespoke architectural details, and the unique lifestyle of high-net-worth properties across all media types.
- Freelance Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Affluent Hub marketing team to deliver project files on deadline, maintaining a sophisticated, premium aesthetic consistent with ultra-luxury valuations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: A strict minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in content creation, specifically dedicated to the luxury real estate sector.
- High-Value Portfolio: Proven track record of creating high-performing visual assets for properties valued at ₹20 CR, ₹30 CR, and above.
- Dual Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in both advanced videography (drones, gimbals, cinema cameras) and professional photography/static asset creation.
- Drive Link Submission: You must be willing and able to compile your best, most relevant work—including both video files and static photography—into a well-organized Google Drive folder for our review.
