including annual budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, financial modelling, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.

- · Partner with Business Functions such as Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product teams to provide financial insights, evaluate investments, pricing strategies, unit economics, and improve profitability.

- · Manage Financial Accounting &

- Controllership

by ensuring timely month-end/year-end close, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- · Drive Manufacturing Finance &

- Cost Optimization

through analysis of BOM, standard vs.



actual costing, inventory, labour, overheads, Capex ROI, and operational efficiency.

- · Ensure Statutory Compliance &

- Governance

by overseeing compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.

- · Develop Management Dashboards &

- MIS Reports

using advanced Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools to provide timely financial and operational insights for decision-making.

by implementing productive financial processes, strengthening internal controls, driving digital transformation, and enhancing reporting accuracy.
