Role Description The Founder's Office (Funding) role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. This role supports the founder in all funding-related activities, including researching and identifying potential investors, preparing pitch decks and financial narratives, and coordinating investor outreach and follow-ups.

Responsibilities include maintaining investor pipelines, organizing data rooms, tracking key metrics, and preparing reports and updates for stakeholder communication. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business inputs,



refine growth projections, and ensure alignment between funding strategy and company roadmap. The individual will be expected to handle confidential information with discretion and work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives, meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial analysis, business modeling, and understanding of startup funding mechanisms.
- Experience in investor research, pitch deck creation, and preparation of investment materials.
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Sheets, Docs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor emails, presentations, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed, organized records.
- Comfort working closely with founders and senior leadership in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in startups, consulting, or venture capital is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a strong interest in consumer, travel, or family-focused brands.
