- Work directly with the founder on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Analyze business data and prepare reports/presentations.
- Identify operational problems and propose solutions.
- Coordinate with different teams such as technology, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Track significant projects, deadlines, and KPIs.
- Help improve internal processes and workflows.
- Assist with business development and new initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, business documents, and financial/operational analyses.
- Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → results.
