Role and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

and Dart for Android and iOS.

- Take end-to-end ownership of features, from technical design and development to testing,

deployment, and post-release support.

- Design and implement responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components following Clean

Architecture and SOLID principles.

- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure smooth and reliable application functionality.

Improve application performance by identifying and resolving issues related to memory usage, rendering, startup time, and overall responsiveness.

- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Flutter, Android, and iOS using logs,

debugging tools, and crash-reporting platforms.

- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and Backend teams to understand requirements and

deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.

- Follow industry-standard coding practices, participate in code reviews, manage source code

using Git, and contribute to CI/CD workflows.

- Develop and maintain production-ready applications through unit, widget, and integration

testing, ensuring reliability, stability, and maintainability.

- Firebase integration (Authentication, Firestore, Notifications)

- Experience integrating third-party packages and plugins.





- Version control using Git & GitHub.

- RESTful API integration and JSON data handling.

Requirements

- 24 years of skilled experience in mobile application development, with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.

- Proven track record of developing, testing, and deploying production-ready Flutter applications for both Android and iOS.

- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widget lifecycle, state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.), and asynchronous programming.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL API integration.

- Good understanding of mobile application fundamentals, including navigation, local storage (SQLite/Hive), networking, notifications, and platform-specific functionality.

- Robust knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.

- Experience working with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Practical experience in application performance optimization, debugging, crash analysis, and troubleshooting across Android and iOS.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Preferred: Experience with Kotlin/Java or Swift, unit/widget/integration testing, modular Flutter architecture, and development of large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications.
