Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular doctor calls and ensure effective product detailing.
- Generate prescriptions and improve product visibility and market share.
- Manage distributors/stockists and ensure adequate product availability in the territory.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and market performance.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, doctor meetings, CMEs, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, and territory data.
- Ensure timely collection and follow-up of outstanding payments, wherever applicable
