n Position - Finishing Supervisor – High-Rise Building

n Location : Kandivali, Mumbai

n Qualification : ITI / 12th / Diploma / Graduate

n Experience : 5+ Years of relevant experience in high-rise building construction

n Salary : upto 6.5 PLA

nn Job Responsibilities:

n

n
- Supervise day-to-day finishing activities at the high-rise construction site.
n
- Manage and monitor internal and external finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors, windows, and related works.
n
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, engineers, and other site departments.
n
- Ensure finishing work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
n
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress to achieve project timelines.
n
- Inspect completed work and identify defects, snags, and rectification requirements.
n
- Ensure proper finishing and workmanship before handing over areas for the next stage of work.
n




- Maintain daily progress reports and update seniors regarding site activities.
n
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and quality checks.
n
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
n
- Follow and enforce site safety rules and construction procedures.
n
- Resolve day-to-day site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
n
- Assist in snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities.
n

nn Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of building finishing activities.
n
- Hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects.
n
- Ability to supervise contractors and labor teams.
n
- Good understanding of construction drawings and finishing specifications.
n
- Strong coordination, communication, and site-management skills.
