We are hiring a Financial Planning Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. We’re looking for someone who can work confidently with numbers, understand financial trends, and turn financial data into useful insights for better business planning.

? About the Role

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will help the organization plan and manage its financial resources effectively. You will work with budgets, forecasts, financial models, and performance reports while collaborating with different teams to understand business requirements and financial goals.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Analyze actual financial results against budgets and previous periods.
- Identify and explain significant financial variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning reports.
- Develop and maintain financial models for planning and forecasting.
- Analyze revenue, costs, expenses, and profitability.
- Support management with financial insights for business planning.
- Track financial KPIs and monitor business performance.
- Work with different departments to collect financial information and planning inputs.
- Assist in scenario analysis and evaluate the potential financial impact of business decisions.
- Maintain accurate financial planning data and documentation.
- Help improve financial reporting and planning processes.





?️ Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and business reports.
- Knowledge of financial modelling is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
