Position: Finance Controller /n Department: Finance & Accounts /n Location: Hyderabad /n Employment Type: Full-Time /n Experience: 8–10 Years /n We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function of a skincare manufacturing company. The role will oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, working capital, COGS, inventory, compliance, and business finance. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and team.

/n

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and Ind AS financial statements .

/n

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and variance analysis.

/n

- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management decision-making.

/n

- Manage working capital, receivables, payables, treasury, and banking relationships.

/n

- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax , and other statutory compliances.

/n

- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

/n

- Monitor COGS, inventory, costs, margins, and profitability .

/n





- Establish robust financial controls, policies, SOPs, and governance processes.

/n

- Support the CEO/CFO with financial analysis for pricing, investments, expansion, and business decisions.

/n /n Qualifications & Experience /n /n

- CA Qualified preferred.

/n

- 8–10 years of Finance & Accounts experience.

/n

- Experience managing finance teams and handling taxation, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.

/n

- Manufacturing or growing-organisation experience is preferred.

/n /n Technical & Behavioural Skills /n /n

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, COGS & Inventory , and financial reporting.

/n

- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial analysis, and working capital.

/n

- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting software knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Dynamics .

/n

- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

/n

- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines.
