? About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will work with financial and business data to evaluate performance, identify trends, prepare financial reports, and support planning and decision-making. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial information and meaningful analysis.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial data, business performance, and key financial metrics.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and management presentations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and other financial KPIs.
- Identify financial trends, variances, and potential business risks.
- Compare actual performance with budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare financial models and analytical reports when required.
- Support month-end and periodic reporting processes.
- Work with different teams to collect and validate financial information.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.





? Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and financial information.
- Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong analytical and financial skills are welcome to apply.
