Operations & Accounting /n · Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments) /n · Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation /n · Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions /n · Support payroll inputs and final settlements /n 2.

Reporting & Analysis /n · Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial summaries /n · Track key financial metrics and highlight trends or variances /n · Support preparation of basic financial statements /n 3. Budgeting & Planning /n · Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities /n · Monitor actuals vs budget and flag deviations /n · Support cash flow tracking and planning /n 4.
